Since this is an blog about cards and announcements we can not pass one of the year’s most anticipated wedding invitation! Kim Kardashian and fiance Kris Humphries.
The invitations were designed by stationers Lehr & Black, who also designed the invites for sis Khloe’s nuptials to Lamar Odom, Salma Hayek and Fracois, Ashlee Simpson and Pete.
But let’s talk about the invitation, it arrived enclosed in their own custom boxes embellished with hundreds of black hematite crystals, according to People and said:
“Kris and Bruce Jenner request the pleasure of your company at the marriage of their daughter Kimberly Kardashian to Kristopher Humphries”…reads the story-book style invite emblazoned with a double-K insignia and housed in a gate-fold case inside a sturdy silver cardboard box.
The wedding invitation package came with three glossy white-and-black cards which included “Information and Details” (instructing guests on how to RSVP, where and when to arrive for the ceremony, a request to keep all information “confidential” and suggestions for local hotels), a parking pass and notice that a reception and dinner will follow the ceremony.
The wedding will be held on Aug. 20 in California.
